* By answering Yes to the Photo release you agree to authorize the Club as follows:
- Give permission to Foxcroft Swim and Racquet Club (FSRC) to photograph, videotape or otherwise record my participation on behalf of FSRC and to reprint my contribution in any FSRC publication, or to distribute it in any electronic or other media with attribution.
- Give permission to FSRC to use my picture in connection with my appearance in related swim, tennis or social events
- Release all rights of my photo contributions to FSRC
