Membership Renewal
Thank you for using the online process for renewing your membership with the club. The online process not only reduces the cost of processing membership renewal information, but helps us insure that we have your correct information.
Membership renewal is an easy two-step process. First you will go to the Member Profile page, review your member information and make any necessary corrections. Second you need to send in your dues in by January 25th to avoid any late fees. Payments made after January 25th will be assessed a late fee of $50.00. The final cut-off for membership renewal is February 25th, 2012. Members who have not renewed by that time will be dropped from membership.
After membership renewal is complete, each individual family member (spouse, children) will also have the opportunity to update their individual profile with the Club (email address, phone number, etc.) so we can keep them current on the activities they select. This will avoid the issue of members receiving information about activities they are not involved in, and the problem of one family member having to serve as the “clearing house” for all Club activities.
To review, dues for 2012 are payable as follows:
A. Family dues are $585.00 and are due by January 25, 2012. Dues paid AFTER JANUARY 25TH are considered LATE and a $50.00 late fee will be assessed.
B. Senior dues are $185.00 and are also due by January 25, 2012. Dues paid AFTER JANUARY 25TH are considered LATE and a $50.00 late fee will be assessed. Senior members are those individuals 65 years of age, or older, as of January 1, 2011
C. Annual ball machine for the family with unlimited use (unless another member has a booking within the hour) is $75.00. Annual rental per membership year beginning January 1.
Members who have not paid by February 25, 2011, will dropped from Membership, and their membership(s) will be offered to famileis on the waiting list. Dues envelopes stamped by the Post Office by January 25th (or February 25th in the case of late dues) will be considered paid by the corresponding due date. All other post marked payments will not be considered as received!
