Membership
Membership at Foxcroft Hills is held to 350 families excluding seniors. Today, as in past years, there is a waiting list to join. And keep in mind, preference is always given to resident members and neighbors living on the following streets:

Applications for membership will not be accepted after April 30th of each year. If the application is received after April 30th, the family will be placed on the waiting list for the following year.
The costs of membership are as follows:
Resident Initiation Fee - $3500.00
Non-Resident Initiation Fee - $4000.00
Annual dues are $545.00 per family ($174.00 for seniors)
