(PLEASE NOTE:ON LINE SYSTEM WILL BE COMING SOON BUT AS OF 2-9-10 IS NOT YET OPERATIONAL. PLEASE REFER TO FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR BOOKING A COURT.) Court reservations will be posted daily at the tennis outpost.  Members may check the court schedule to determine if any courts are open that day.  Members may make reservations during the day for court use that day by writing their name(s) in an open court on the court schedule posted in the tennis outpost.

Members may reserve a court up to 4 days in advance or at time of arrival.  Tennis staff will monitor reservations.  If the members reserving the court are more then 15 minutes late, they lose their reservation.  Failure to reserve a court may result in member losing court to member who has properly reserved it.  At all times, players must sign up at the tennis outpost, indicating the court # and the date and time play began.  Other people who are waiting may then sign in and take the next available court.  If the above rule is not obeyed, the players on court may be bumped.  Players are limited to 1 hour for singles and 1-1/2 hours for doubles.  If time has expired and court is still available, member may reserve court again.
